About PuraMadera

PuraMadera is a Peruvian wood export company born from the Amazon basin and backed by a parent company with over 50 years of experience and more than $250 million in global annual sales. As a strategic spin-off, PuraMadera was created to lead our group’s dedicated expansion into the U.S. market—delivering mill-direct pricing, industrial scale, and deeply rooted sustainability.

Our parent company is one of the top three plywood manufacturers in South and Central America, operating out of Ucayali with a production capacity exceeding 300,000 plywood sheets per month. That’s 3.6 million sheets annually, fully committed to supporting U.S. buyers. This volume positions us to immediately serve 1.5% of total U.S. plywood demand, with the ability to scale to 3–5% as growth continues.

We are not just a distributor—we are the manufacturer. PuraMadera shares the same millhouse, infrastructure, and vertically integrated operations as our parent company. This allows us to maintain full control over quality, consistency, and supply chain efficiency.

Amazon Port Advantage

Our group is also one of the few wood producers in the region with its own port on the Amazon River, giving us unmatched logistical reach and control. This allows for faster, more reliable exports directly to the U.S., with traceable and transparent operations from forest to delivery.

Sustainable by Design

Our practices meet or exceed the standards of FSC, PEFC, Peruvian forestry law, the U.S. Lacey Act, and the EU Timber Regulation. We work directly with local communities and indigenous leaders to source from legal, selectively harvested forests. Every sheet we ship reflects our values—purity, responsibility, and respect for the rainforest.
